I came to the site this morning and wow! I really like the new look. Ok not really done any food watching at all this last week, ever since I came back from holiday I've dieted on odd days and then now I'm not doing any gardening on a daily basis real life is interfering with my diet. I went out yesterday, going out tonight, then on Thursday and Saturday, I am also going to try and get to the gym at some point, but not promising myself to do this.
