Ready for another busy day with the kids and their activities. I had a big breakfast again knowing that it will sustain me until later. I think I will have to avoid the nuts today - so easy to get carried away. More exercise planned for later and a steak dinner! Feeling VERY powerful right now. ROAR!!!! Have a great day buddies and all!
