Okay, I weighed in today and lost 1.5 pounds. Somehow, I put the wrong weight in for last week, which was 222. Now that is silly.
None of this matters because next week I should have a Tanita scale which also gives body fat percentage. I am guessing the scales will have different calibrations. But I am exercising so that's good!
