This seems to be breaking point for me mentally - I'm practically back to where I started two years ago. None of my clothes fit and when I look in the mirror honestly it's clear that I need to do something.

I'm setting two-weekly targets for myself which I'm making a separate note of. The first one is back down to 60kg by 23 Nov.

Let's stop wallowing in food and self-pity.

136.0 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
