Problem:
I went to bed and had taken in about 1200 calories and had burned about 500 calories exercising. The calories were pretty low for me, especially since I had exercised. I thought I was doing good, but I had that thought in the back of my mind that I might have to have a late night snack.

I certainly had a late night snack, about 1200 calories of late night snack.

Solutions/Lessons Learned:
-Don't be afraid to eat before bed, but make sure it is the proper fuel that is needed based on the days activity (e.g. consider previous calorie intake, exercise type and amount, etc.).
-It is hard to make good eating decisions for a peanut butter addict when half asleep. I need to lock up the peanut butter or plan some late night snacks before bed that have the proper nutrition or at least low calories
-Know that your body will demand food at some point, especially if you have exercised, so plan accordingly. A late night zombie snack feast never turns out good
