After Zumba class today, I spoke with a lady who had lost an amazing amount of weight and asked her about being on a plateau. She said what I had heard alot of people say before, which was that I needed to shock my body buy giving it different food, exercising more and cutting calories. After she studied my food intake she said I should say goodbye to cheddar cheese, tomatoes, and add another pure protein source. As for exercise, she said I should try mixing it up with something different, maybe increasing my run time, I will be adding a second strength class next week so hopefully it will break the plateau!!! Wish me luck!
