It goes on soooo slowly. Finally lost the 2 pounds I had gained. Starting new week with never before seen numbers. Hope to get the scale to go down.
Don't think I am going to make 5 pounds I need to succeed for the pound a week before chritmas. HOpefully, I can do it by the end of December. That will bring me to my 10% loss.
