I keep telling myself that I need to cut back a little on my portion sizes and I need to stop eating so much sugar, but I never listen to myself. I realize when I'm full but the plate is not empty, so I eat it all instead of wasting food. I feel miserable and I am always unsatisfied with what I eat. I always think that maybe the next bit will taste better. I think I expect my food to taste heavenly, but it is just plain old food.
126.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Keep your chin up!! You've got to remember that you're eating for two now and also remember that some of that weight is baby weight. In the end things, won't be that bad, you'll see. I feel the same about the food too and then instead of tasting bliss, I just feel plain full and gross. Hang in there!

I'm 11 weeks along and have already gained over 5lbs. I'm worried too as I DO NOT want to end up HUGE!!! I try to cut back evryday but I just always seem to give into my cravings!! How far along are you?
