So, according to weigh in this morning I am 1 lb up from last week. I am not too worried about this...
1. I was hoping to be 180 by thanksgiving and even with the 1 lb gain I am at 179...so still within my goal
2. We were on vacation for thanksgiving...normally I would have put on at least 5+ pounds....so 1 is an improvement!
3. My TOM always has a negative impact on my weight.
So, putting these factors aside, I will wait until next week, keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best!!!
Hoping the weigh in at the gym is 181 lbs...it is always heavier than my home weigh in...(probably because I have to wear clothes and the weigh in is at 7:00pm!)

1 pound is nothing to stress over when it comes to the holidays. I'm sure you'll get that off lickity split-especially when TOM is over. Maybe you'll even be to 178! Sending positive vibes your way!
