I've been doing terrible with my weight lately. I'm at my highest weight total of my lifem 235 lbs. Yikes!!! I've just been giving in to every craving. I've never been over 230 lbs. in my life, after a lot of Thanksgiving endulgence I went on the scale and it read 235. I said ENOUGH! I've always been an athletic person. I was 135 lbs. when I graduated high school. I've gotten lazy the last few months, but it's over! I'm going to consume no more than 1500 calories a day and jog about 3 to 5 miles five days a week. We'll see what that does! I'm sticking to two packets of instant oatmeal or two eggs in the morning, A Fiber One bar and a can of soup for lunch, and an apple and a can of soup for dinner. I'll be drinking water and zero calorie beverages. I want to get down to about 205-210 lbs. Wish me luck and good luck to all of you! My stomach will be growling tonight, but my heart will be thankful in the long run....
