My sister called to tell me about the new changes to Weight Watchers. I am thinking I might try that for a while and see how it goes. I have been standing still with this for too long. I have done WW before and lost weight, but now that they are doing low carb I think I might try it. At least I would have my sister as a buddy and support. We could compare notes and stragety as we both are trying to lose weight. She doesn't care for Atkins because she feels to much fat but I haven't found that to be a problem. I would like to see more peoples opinion of the new program though.

No one eating plan works for every person. But the key to success, whether on Atkins or WW or any other WOE, is to follow the plan completely. A small deviation here, another deviation there, and before too long, "the diet" doesn't work. As long as you move to another low carb WOE, you shouldn't have too much trouble, but if you go to anything other than low carb, add carbs back into your diet very carefully and very slowly or you will quickly regain those 22 pounds you've already fought hard to lose. Best of luck to you.

I decided since I am doing okay wiht Atkins to just stick with it. The WW class in my area is at 6 pm and I really don't want to travel 20 miles in the dark. Too many deer out there and I don't want one running into me on the road.
