well, i have not been on my low carb diet for the last three days. i'm back on it today, but my weight did go up. the last few days i have had diet pepsi, pizza, and some candy. i feel bad and realize i need to get back at it. i also need to exercise more... this week i am going for low carb and low calorie. i will weight in later this week and hope to be under 315.

As long as you are back on the program that is what counts. I don't think the diet pepsi hurt you though - it has nothing in it. FOr future reference Linda Sue has a Thin Crust Pizza made out of cheese for the crust that is to die for and it is ON plan. I absolutely love it, better than Dominos in my book. You can also find lc candies on plan. You just have to prepare for the snack attacks and make sure you have what you need on hand.

Back on track is the way to go. I hope you enjoyed the break - we do need those once in a while, don't we?

i have cut out diet soda and i am trying to keep it that way. thanks for the encouragement.
