I've been off this site for awhile, had personal issues, plus my computer keyboard has been acting up!
But I know I really need to be here.

I've been up/down lately. But today is going to be a good day. I went off my plan a little a day here, day there (probably only 3 or 4 individual days here & there). But have held the same weight. Even when I was on the plan, seems like I can't budge below 164 and no more inches lost. BUT, I've decided that I feel good, my clothes fit ok (would like to get down a smaller size) AND I'm putting that scale back in the closet! IT should not determine how I feel in the morning!

I do have to really get back into the mind set and keep on 'going on'. I've had a few personal issues with my mom, work and just general stuff. But again, I have to let those 'not so good' moments just take the 'moment' they have to be dealt with and not allow them to determine my full day. Have to take a conscious effort to keep this all in perspective.

Today is a good day.... Taking it one day, one MOMENT at a time!
