Weigh in Wednesday, no loss despite keeping diet perfectly and walking 2 or more times daily. Bummer. I will weigh again as soon as my period ends. Last month I gained during my period and dropped when it was over. Having faith the scale will be my friend in a few days.

Most women gain during that time of month. Drink some extra water and it will go in a few days.
