Ok ladies, last week tuesday I sent out a challange to up the ante on our exercise. From last tuesday 10/22 through this monday 11/28 I completed 3.5 hours of dedicated exercise last week (averaging 30 mins of exercise per day). If you have tracked your weekly exercise hours please feel free to reply with your stats!!! I would like to extend this challange to anyone who wants to join in for the this next week, It would be exercise recorded from yesterday 10/29 through monday 11/4. Let's do this together!!!! Jean I did 7+ hours of exercise at the Y. Plus walking. Will try to increase exercise routine-I am all for getting this weight off.
