My goal is to do 15 minutes of abdominal/cardio workout and 60 minutes of yoga (85 degree room) 3-4 times a week.
After week one, I will add walking for 15-20 minutes a day on yoga days off.
Weeks 1-2, no bread, cheese, or sugar plus limited dairy. Low sugar fruits are okay. No fried or processed foods in this diet and future (with very limited exceptions).
Weeks 2-4, dairy okay. No bread or cheese. Limited sugar (e.g. 2 glasses of white or red wine occasionally, no candy or desserts).
Weeks 4-6, limited bread and cheese as tolerated. Limited sugar. Desserts or ice cream on occasion.
Goal: Lose 10-15 pounds in 6 weeks.
