Protein Sources besides dairy & powder shakes
I'm trying to do a high protein, medium fat, low carb diet and am seeing the fruits and veggies calorie intake making the carbs high (38%) of my diet with only 34% protein based on what I am eating. I am restricting bread, cheese, and sugar. Any ideas on high protein foods to eat daily not including dairy or protein shakes?
