You were logging all your food several weeks ago, but not since. If you try to get back in the habit, it should enable you to spot any trends and will allow others to give you more targeted advice that might help you.
If your food in November is like that of October, try dropping the wine and Scotch. Alcohol isn't a permitted "food" in Induction anyway and it diverts your body from burning primarily fat to burning the alcohol. Some forms of alcohol ARE permitted once you're a couple of weeks into OWL, although it still diverts your body away from fat burning.
