STILL holding steady - what is this? I know I am losing as my cloths are fitting looser, so what is with the scale. I guess everything is just shifting around right now getting ready for another drop like the last one of over 3 pounds in a week. Sticking to the diet really well at least and getting exercise, even if it is not the planned type. I stood in the mall yesterday for 2 hours volunteering for the Salvation Army Christmas Kettle and then walked through the mall for another hour and a half doing my shopping, so a fair bit of exercise there. Today I am house cleaning and then decorating for Christmas. The temptation will come this afternoon when my son and I bake our Christmas cookies to give out. I hope to have them all in their tins and out the door by the end of the day so I wont be tempted to eat any. We will see how that plan goes LOL.
