Well it is the day after Thanksgiving...and for once I am not regretting what I ate. I logged my food around lunch time that I would eat when I made my plate....and I stuck to it.
I have another dinner today - not as many good choices to choose from but I will do whatever it takes to stay below my calorie intake I have set.
I hope everyone is having a fun and safe Thanksgiving holiday.
