Today is one week of committing myself back to losing weight. I have done well - my goal is to stay under 1800 calories and I have done so everyday. My other goal was to stop drinking Mt. Dew - I am doing good - I haven't had any since last Wednesday (which was only 1/2 cup). I am finally getting over the no caffiene headaches and tiredness. I would love to stay like this - caffiene free!
