Made it through surgery day yesterday! Feeling MUCH better this morning. So my starting weight as of surgery day is 199.6 based on the hospital scale. Of course, my scale is a little more friendly and had me at 199.0 in the morning, but I will go off of their scale for tracking.

Highest Weight: 215
Pre-Op Diet: 207.6 started on 11/13/10 (1000 calories, mostly liquids)
Surgery Date: 199.6 on 11/24/10 (lost 8 lbs on Pre-Op Diet)
Day 1 post-op: 199.0
Total so far: 16 lbs down
Goal Weight: 115 lbs
Total to go: 84 lbs
199.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
