Can't really explain why I gained weight. I was at the same weight for over 6 weeks. The started going to the gym and not changing nothing else and I have gained 3 lbs. Husband said it was muscle, but I am discouraged. Hopefully I will see some progress soon.

It definitely is muscles! For example, when I go to the gym and keep my current diet, I lose weight more slowly. My coach even tells me that every pound lost in the gym is equal to 2 pounds of losing fat and 1 pound of gaining muscles! You don't need to feel down!

Though, If i were you I would cut down the amount of carbs I eat, because you eat 4 times the amount of proteins. The amount of protein you consume should be at least equal to your weight in kilos. So, if I weigh 70 kilos, I need to eat at least 70 grams of protein a day! And carbs, most of them are useless, look, you have eaten only 1250 calories, but most of those are carbs, and all carbs do is become fat or just burn, though proteins NEVER make you fat.

Thanks for your comments. Yes, I know my carbs are usually high and I am looking at ways to cut down on them. We live in Mexico and there are days our schedule is wacky and I need to take time to plan and work out my meals. It is a work in progress. I don't want to just change my body, I want it to become a lifestyle.
