I have ALWAYS had problems with extra weight. All my life I have been trying to lose weight, but without any results, because I used to give up easily. BUT, after discovering that 204 pounds was my weight, and my BMI was 33, which means I was obese, I firmly decided that enough is enough. Since then, I have lost 31% of my weight and have a NORMAL BMI by now (finally), which is 22.6, but I still have about a stone lose and then add some muscles! Thanks to my coach and the change in my lifestyle,the results are obvious! Wish me luck!
