Weighed the same today. Just got a new exercise DVD this morning it's the Leslie Sansone "The Big Burn - Two Miles of Intervals". It kicked my ass, but I'm hoping that if I can do it at least 3 days/week it will help move the scale in the right direction.
Just tried my hand at making the Revolution Rolls...It took FOREVER for the egg whites to stiffen...but it could be my hand mixer - it's probably 15-20 years old. And the mixture spread out quite a bit on the baking sheet. Hoping they still turn out ok. Looking forward to slathering one or two with butter...LOL

Congrats on adding exercise to your routine. I find the exercise helps me enormously; not only has it increased my metabolism, but it also helps a lot to control stress. I'm so much calmer since I started exercising. On the egg whites, believe it or not, there's actually a technique for beating eggwhites. Bringing them to room temperature will increase the volume quicker; so will using a copper bowl. Wooden bowls are not recommended bc they absorb oils from other uses and therefore will retard the whipping process. :)

Thanks. I had started walking a few weeks before I started Atkins, but pinched a nerve in my hip so had to stop while I was taking meds for it. Glad I can start back up with it.
And thanks for the tip on the egg whites. I may try it again then.
