A poor week. Only 0.25 Kg lost. Have been eating breakfast @ 6.00 a.m. everymorning and this was something I didn't do before. Will cut this out this week and see what happens.

Don't cut out the breakfast!!! Your body needs that! And you are still losing weight!! Don't start cutting anything until you stop losing! You're doing great!
