Following my food plan with moderate, tasty foods
Having yummy snacks, pre-portioned at home
Not eating fast food
Weight-training 3x week
133.2 lb Lost so far: 39.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
