Recording this day's food because I loove vagueness. I have a list of GREAT reasons that I ate fast food twice today. And they don't change the fact that I ate over 700 calories that my body needed. Calories that took me so long to work off at the gym. I'm writing this because I want to see that ugly number and realize that my poor dietary choices DO show up on my body. It shouldn't be a surprise.
And having said all this, I'm still a lovable and loving person. Add both of these paragraphs together and you get me choosing to eat differently tomorrow. Because I want to feel good about my body, with both looks and health.
