I've gained nearly ten pounds, but my inches are smaller. This woman has gained some sexy muscle!! Don't be afraid of bigger weight numbers, ladies! Muscle weighs more than fat, and burns more calories. ^_^ Focus more on your measurements than what's on the scale!
149.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
