Today approaches the end of my 3rd week. I spent one week in induction, moved to 25 net carbs last week, and 30 net carbs this week. In the past two weeks I have added nuts and seeds, as well as yogurt and cottage cheese.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
