Another 1.5 lost; however, average per month is lower than it should be. I haven't been staying on plan like I should. I'm struggling. BUT,
I'm still pleased for I'm keeping it off and just losing and no yo-yoing!!!
205.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
