Today, I weighed myself and i saw that i was 172. How odd, i weighed to start this calorie count yesterday and i was 175. Maybe something is wrong with my scale. I will weigh again tomorrow to see if it lies again!
sticking to 1500 calories for now.. and actually it isnt hard if i eat the right foods.. lots of protein for sure. and more water and crystal lite hunger satisfaction for those in between meals..
i just need to move around more.. maybe tomorrow.. i'll take the kids to the trail.
