I made low sodium, and healthier french onion soup (with whole wheat bread and partly skim mozzarella) AND pasta sauce (marinara with garlic, onion, red pepper, white wine, fresh parsley, and some spice and bit of brown sugar!)from scratch.... Both were soooo yummy. I am really trying to get away from store bought food that is so full of salt and preservatives. I am getting good at making my own salad dressings.... we never buy them anymore.

I have realized lately that I skip too many meals. When I do that now I force myself to still eat normal/smaller portions at the meals I do eat instead of bingeing. I think having a more consistent bed time/ wake time will help with eating regular meals. My bf works different shifts so I tend to follow his schedule....
