I think I'm on to something.
200.2 lb Lost so far: 41.8 lb.    Still to go: 35.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If I had eaten just a little less yesterday... Actually I'm surprised I was that low. Primed for a gain I suppose but we'll see.

Primed for a negative loss. (Double negatives cancel out and make a positive.)

I was psyched to hit the 259 mark on Tuesday and have gained it back since then. It was a tease. Saying ... "Look...I'm here. Taste it. But not too long!". Back to 261 now. :(

JT, it's ok I have had that happen so many times. I hit -60 and then ballooned up like almost 4 lbs and it took me a while to reverse it, but it's a BIG tease. Kind of cruel. The scale is evil I tell ya.
