Welcome Thai Recipes.
Today I walked allot, climbed stairs, fixed stuff around the house, met people, cooked...it was a full day. Trying to get rid of coke addiction and taking up green tea drinking. Green tea is yuck without lemon or fruit teabag.
Tried new thai recipe. Well not sure if it can be called thai recipe but that's how I found it online. Tried some running, bit not much. I'm very much terible about jogging, but hope it will improve with time.

The food habbits become better, less snacking in between meals, and when snacking keeping up to green tea. At least for the moment.
