So yesterday, I upped the portions for dinner because I was feeling excessively tired (likely from the day before). Today I had a lot of energy! Busy day starting with a quick 10 minute walk with Hiro, followed by rushing to a friend's house to drop something off before she had to leave, grocery shopping, hurrying home and then meeting a friend. He wanted to join me and Hiro for our 3.5 mile walk today. It was fun talking and walking. Nice knowing that I could keep pace with him and still talk without being breathless. Came home to study and then took Hiro out for another walk (this time 2 miles). Muscles are twitching but not sore. Feel great but HUNGRY. Can't make dinner yet because my husband is working in the kitchen (installing a new over the range microwave. So, having a piece of candy until I can access the fridge :)
