Today I caved in to too the sweets. There was a 'bake-off' at the office and I sampled a few items. I did only take a small piece, but I dont like seeing 3 different sweet treats on my diet tracker!

Had to get a 2nd cup of tea to offset the sugar. Really dragging after the cake this afternoon.

Still within my calorie limits for the day. I'll eat high protein for the rest of the day. Meat, beans, vegies!
