been off challenge feeling down because I wasn't making progress. I did finally lose.
184.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1494 kcal Fat: 67.35g | Prot: 78.25g | Carb: 160.76g.   Breakfast: Tea (Brewed), Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Fruit Salad (without Citrus Fruits), Walgreens Natural Premium Mixed Nuts No Salt. Lunch: Coca-Cola Diet Coke (Can), Toasted Garlic Bread, Roast Beef, Chicken Parmesan, Green String Beans, BJ's Oatmeal Raisin Cookies. Dinner: Sea Cuisine Almond Crusted Flounder, Water, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Mixed Nuts, Almonds. more...
