Fear....I have fear about losing weight. I know that doesn't make sense. But when I get down pass a certain weight I start to sabotage myself. I start eating stuff that is very high in fat content. What's with the fear?

That is actually a normal fear. Google it and find ways to get past it. Losing weight isn't just about the way we look, but how we feel. Being at a healthy weight as you age becomes so important to your health. You can do it!
