I have become more active in the afternoons with kids and I am watching portion control. I thought the bagel this morning from Panera would be a big splurge. It wasn't even whole grain (hubby bought it)! Still within normal calories for breakfast. I just ate half a bagel.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
