My calories yesterday were high. That's ok though. I'm back on track today and I'm taking this one day at a time. One tiny slip of a higher day than normal isn't going to kill me. It could actually help me. I noticed I was getting hungier than usual so maybe this will shut all those hunger pains up without me going on a 2 week bender of candy galore. Plus.. my daughter made me dinner, garlic noodles and chicken tenders. lol I think this weekend we are going to experiment and make something healthy together. Like healthy banana bread or something that I know she will love eating. Yesterday we were both sick and tired so the creativity just wasn't there.
Now I just have to wrestle with myself and decide which is more important. Working out at lunchtime or running errands and picking up a couple odds and ends and getting the allergy meds that I forgot to take today. I think working out is going to win. Sure I won't be able to breath but I need to work off those garlic noodles. Maybe I will get lucky and my sweat will smell like pizza. Wait... that could be bad.

My calories were high yesterday too, but you're right one day won't kill you. I wish I could workout on my lunch break, that would win out over errands for me too. Good luck!!

Your exercise routine is really impressive. I hope it guilts me into doing something similar. I could go to the gym around the corner at lunch. I just don't and usually eat at my desk and work during lunch. So stupid of me.
