2144 kcal Fat: 162.02g | Prot: 104.88g | Carb: 76.09g.   Breakfast: Spiced Beef Roast, Gray Ridge Jumbo Egg, Bullet proof coffee (my version). Lunch: Sauerkraut (Solid and Liquids, Canned), Johnsonville Smoked Bratwurst Sausage. Dinner: Kraft Bacon Ranch Salad Dressing, Cherry Tomatoes, Onions, Spinach, Green String Beans, Silver Hills Little Big Bread, Beef Outside Skirt Steak (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat). Snacks/Other: Smucker's Strawberry Jam, Ben's Hamburger Buns. more...
