Today was good. I stayed w/i my calorie range, didn't eat too much sugar and burned 400 calories at the gym. On top of that, I was run ragged by my beautiful 4 year old girl that I nanny. Tomorrow is my birthday, so I am splurging on an hour of Hot yoga/core power fusion, then a 2 hour massage. I am also going to a Cabaret, so I will have to try really hard to not eat or drink too much.
