Starting again. Why is this so hard?

Because if it were easy, we would all be skinny, lol! Come on! You can do it! Start small if you need to. Make a goal of tracking all your food and staying within you points 3 days this week. Then next week, aim for four days. The more you do it, the easier it gets. This is a learning process. If you can't find your motivation, use your determination. If you get going now, by spring, you will look amazing.
