Right after getting up in the morning and having a muffin. That 182 before was probably a bad read, as i don't seem to be dropping weight even if i eat little.
183.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.6 lb a week

sometimes, it is what you eat rather than the amount. Try protein with every meal and fruit for snacks, like the real ones, apples, oranges, grapes, bananas, they have fiber and fill you up. Any bread items are not filling and make you want to eat again too soon. also, by eating more meats, veggies and fruits, the carbs consumed decreases, which was always my problem, carbs. hang in there

I have discovered that eating according to our blood type helps.... you can research it to see if the info may help. When i was working on gaining the weight i found out that foods i ate was the wrong kind.
