hey y'all! i was wondering this morning how long i need to recover after exercise that makes me cramp and hurt for a day or two.i worked my abs and upper arms to the point of exhaustion i think,and i normally exercise one or the other everyday.mon-wed-fri i did my abs,and tues-thurs-i did my walk up the stairs and my upper arm workout. still feeling it in my arms and especially my abs and legs.what do you all think? i really want to go ahead and do my walking and arms today

I THINK if you skip a day between. My friend is a body builder and he does one workout one day and another the next, to give the muscles time to recouperate.
