Not sure why such a big jump. My only guess is that by weighing in after a 4.5mile run and before breakfast yesterday, that weight was artificially low. Also, I did go over my calorie limit, though with all the running and walking I did, my net kcal was still down... so that doesn't make much sense to me. But I guess it tells me that regardless of workout, I need to continue to limit my intake. Live and learn.
163.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
