I was buying a new pair of jeans today, and left the fitting room to get a SMALLER size. Not a larger size! Couldn't believe it! Even though I feel as if I am at a dead stop as far as my weight loss, I realize my body is spending some time toning up and losing inches is just as important as pounds. I know I need to jump start back into my healthier exercising ways, but it sure was a nice trip to the fitting rooms for once. :) Time to hit the treadmill.
