This is a Pre-diet journal Post, My diet starts Monday 11/15/2010. Right now I'm in conditioning, or at least thats what I'm calling it. The biggest difficulty I feel that is going to arrise is the water part. I drink MAYBE 16oz of anything throughout the entire day, so to attempt 64oz of water is going to be so hard. I have made it through 24oz sofar today :) and that Is a huge ordeal for me. So the next few days will be to get my body use to being drowned, and prepare my weeks menu, and workout schedule. HERE IS TO HOPING!
