Did reasonably well yesterday. Macros look good especially sugar. Pizza obviously isn't ideal but I kept it to a reasonable amount and had other good stuff with it. Would have been better without that second glass of wine. Noticed that pretzel chips while not having anything good in them don't have a lot of calories either. When dipped in something sort of healthy like hummus, you don't fill up on half a bag either.
223.4 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 68.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
